
Bouldering
At its most basic bouldering involves trekking up through a river, climbing over boulders, up waterfalls and jumping off rocks and enjoying natural forming slides. This activity includes many aspects of other activities; such as climbing, walking, crawling and swimming. It is excellent for people of all ages and abilities, and a great activity for team building and bonding. Bouldering up a river allows people to experience a feeling of wilderness and remoteness without being far from the well trodden paths through the Mourne mountains. Reaching the top allows people some spectacular views down the river and out to the Irish Sea.
All participants are supplied with a wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid to keep them warm and safe.
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver adventurous activities in the safest environment possible. As such all our Staff is qualified to national standards, hold a first aid certificate and have completed child protection training.
